Enacting a Mission for Change at Westport

Westport Middle School 8th-grade teachers Abigail DeWeese and Laura Peavley and Westport's University of Louisville Teacher in Residence Alice Gnau worked together with University of Louisville education professors Dr. Penny B. Howell and Dr. Caroline Sheffield to publish "Enacting a Mission for Change:  A University Partnership for Young Adolescents."  The article details the important work being done through Westport's partnership with the University.  Please click the link below to find out how this unique partnership enhances both the effectiveness of middle-school educators and the learning experiences of our students.
